Nearly all HR software provides provides some level of reporting for statistical analysis. However, different software provides varying degrees of customised reporting. So, how indepth do you need to be or will a more basic package be adequate for you and your company?
There are a few reports that are fundamental for any business; these are some of the more common ones but this isn't a complete list:
- Anniversary Alerts
- Training Alerts
- Attendance Tracking
- Salary Grades
- Appraisals
All these reports should come as standard but there are customised ones that may interest you. Make sure before you get any demos that each company is given the same remit. Get them to do the standard presentation first and then move onto individualisation.
